The first changes I felt were the improvement of the salesmen and sales advisors. They have become much better than before.
The spare parts have become available at a suitable price, as far as a German car is concerned.
At one time, I faced a problem. My drive shaft broke and my car stopped, as a result. I called up the call center. They came, took my car to the service center, replaced the shaft and gave it back to me in less than 24 hours.
The happiest news is that they have opened a service center branch which is close by my home.
I appreciate the concept of a replacement car rental at a discounted rate. This gives me the opportunity to test different cars.
I’d like to commend everyone in SAMACO for the great improvement and would wish them to continue for the better in the future. |

I’ve sensed an improvement in SAMACO VW when I gave may Passat for servicing. SAMACO VW showed more professionalism and care in handling their customers along with their cars. They really take care of the small details and customer satisfaction in the way they deliver the after sales services.
